SHIPPING POLICY
We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Standard shipping is a minimum of 3-5 Business days, excluding all holidays. Please allow up to 3 days for orders to be processed before shipping. Shipping cost are calculated by weight, destination, and type of packaging needed to ensure your items arrive safely. Tracking information will be sent once all orders are shipped. ***KISSED BY KENNEDY LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER***
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We currently do not offer refunds due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. We will happily offer an exchange for your items or store credit to be used on all future purchases. Please contact us within 14 days to be eligible for an excange. If you exceed this time frame and exchange will not be applicable. Items must be in new (un worn) condition at the time of exchange. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling cost will be paid at the customers own expense and will not be added, and are not included in store credit amounts issued back to all customers.
